Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ITG Tours And Travels (OPC) Private Limited is a travel company organising curated tours and travel experiences across India. By using our website, customer portal, or booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings & quotations

• A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation and the required advance payment is received.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated and may change with availability, season, or partner pricing until confirmed.
• You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details (names, ages, IDs). Errors that cause re-booking or denied boarding are not ITG's responsibility.

3. Payments

• Bookings typically require an advance to confirm, with the balance due before departure (the exact split is shown on your booking).
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where applicable, include GST as shown on your invoice.
• We never ask for card PINs/OTPs over chat. Pay only through links/channels we officially provide.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations, reschedules, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Travel documents, health & eligibility

• You are responsible for valid government ID and any permits/visas required for the itinerary.
• You must disclose medical conditions, mobility needs, or dietary requirements at booking so we can plan safely. Some activities carry inherent risk; participation is at your discretion.

6. Itinerary changes

Itineraries depend on weather, transport, permits, and local conditions. We may adjust the sequence, stays, or activities of comparable standard to keep your trip safe and running. We'll communicate changes as early as possible.

7. Third-party services

Hotels, transport operators, guides, and activity providers are independent partners. We select them carefully, but we are not liable for their independent acts beyond our reasonable control. Where a partner causes a failure, we will assist you in good faith.

8. Customer conduct

Travellers are expected to respect local laws, customs, accommodation rules, and fellow guests. ITG may remove a traveller, without refund, for behaviour that endangers or seriously disrupts others.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ITG's total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid ITG for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

10. Customer accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

11. Intellectual property

Website content, photography, itineraries, and branding are owned by ITG or licensed to us. Don't reproduce them commercially without permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
